I am a social epidemiologist and Associate Professor at McGill University, jointly appointed in the Department of Epidemiology and the Department of Equity, Ethics, and Policy.

My research investigates how social events affect population health. Most of my recent work focuses on highly gendered exposures, such as child marriage and early pregnancy, from several disciplinary vantage points.  I am also very interested in the ethics of public health policy and practice.
